DCL’s President & CEO, Keith Shepherd, announced this past Monday the addition of Jarmaine Howard to the DCL team in the role of Operations Manager. Jarmaine has 25 years in the mooring and rigging industry. During his career, Jarmaine has worked at several well-respected rigging companies in the South Louisiana region and will bring a vast amount of knowledge of wire rope, wire rope fabrication, synthetic product fabrication, testing, training and most importantly, safety to the DCL team. Jarmaine lives in the New Orleans area, is married and has two children.
