We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our management team, Allison Brownlee, who will be joining us as our new Director of Human Resources.
With a wealth of experience in human resources and a proven track record of fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, Allison brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to our team. Prior to working at DCL, Allison worked at Tri Star Auto Group where she quickly advanced to the role of Human Resource Director. Allison has a Master’s in Human Resources/Employee Relations as well as Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She also has a Bachelors in Accounting from Delta State University. While she was earning all of these degrees, she was also a dual sport college athlete in swimming and diving. We are confident that her expertise, confidence, and competitiveness will be instrumental in shaping our human resource strategies and supporting our continued growth.
In her new role, Allison will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources functions, including talent management, employee relations, employee safety, and organizational development. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and dynamic work environment, and we look forward to her leadership in enhancing our workplace culture.
