Below, DCL has illustrated the most common way to terminate wire rope and lists the code/acronym identities for each Fitting & Splice attachment along with the illustrations.
As a service, DCL can terminate any rope purchased from us or customer-supplied rope to your specifications. All fabricated slings are made by certified professionals and DCL can supply wire rope/wire rope slings to ABS, DNV-GL (or other) specifications per your requirements.
